Dane the manager was very honest and helpful in choosing the right tires for my car and Neden made sure to do a full check on my car (down to the wipers!) even though I was only there for tires! These 2 gentlemen gave me service I never imagined I would receive! I heard these guys were the best...I drove past more shops than I could count on my 40 minute drive there and I couldn't be more happy I drove past them! I will DEFINITELY be telling all of my friends and family to "DRIVE ON DOWN TO CORKTOWN, IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE AROUND" and support ALL of the hard working employees at the best Firestone EVER!

I stopped in the Michigan Ave store in Detroit and received not only quick service but a detailed breakdown of their labor rate policy. I needed a few screws to secure my underbody shield. Instead of letting a potential new customer leave unsatisfied Dave, the store manager fixed my issue free of charge. He explained their labor rates which made the price point more understandable. It's good to see good salesmanship still exist. Thank you Dave.

Call today and talk to John at 10:45 AM. Was very helpful. Phone was answered quickly and told them I was on my way. Got there got helped right away told me what was wrong with it. Got it fixed and got me out in time for work while I sat there and waited. John and Dave both answered the phone which rang 50 times or more and both of them never were rude never were snappy. Explained everything to everyone and got me out and fixed. I know a lot of people don’t get that good at Customerservice but they did a fantastic job. Just wanted to make a note of it! Way to go guys!!!?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Firestone in Corktown. On my way to work from Ann Arbor this morning, my tire pressure warning light came on and I quickly realized I had a puncture and was losing air fast. Thankfully, I was close enough to make it to this location before it became a bigger issue. The team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient from the moment I arrived. They quickly assessed the problem, got my vehicle in, and had everything taken care of within a matter of hours. Their prompt service allowed me to continue working remotely while I waited and still make it into the office later in the day. Car trouble is never convenient, especially during a morning commute, but the staff made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, and sense of urgency. Thank you to the entire Corktown Firestone team for getting me back on the road safely. Highly recommend!

Amazing Service. Visiting from Canada and my oil shield fell off, Dave took the time to check my car right away and fix it so we could quickly get back on the road safely. He also gave us a great recommendation for a lunch spot around the corner. Would recommend! 11 out 10 service!
